Quantum Things
One of the challenges being faced by quantum startups is hiring the best people. Whilst people are the key asset of any business finding the right ones, managing them, inspiring them, and making them stay is one of the most important jobs of a founder. Success or lack of it at this crucial role plays a vital role in the long-term success and growth of your business.
Remember, even the best people thrive on great leadership. A good leader must thoroughly know their team and listen often. Usually, people leave a job because they were not listened to. It’s rarely just about money but more often about frustration.
